Student Programs
One Caring Adult® provides a variety of programs designed specifically for students. More in-depth than traditional "team building" programs, our offerings provide true learning opportunities for student mentors, teams, peer leaders and other student groups. From two-hour workshops to two-day retreats, One Caring Adult® will custom-design a program tailored to your specific learning objectives and needs. For student groups of any size, our programs will provide them with the opportunity to dig deeper, to explore connections and to emerge with a better understanding of themselves and their fellow students.
Kindness Counts!
Created specifically for elementary school students, Kindness Counts provides teacher-delivered lessons designed to enhance empathy, friendship and decision-making skills. with an interactive live musical performance. Kindness Counts gives you the support you need to move children from being bystanders to being upstanders - supportive peers who stand up to mean-spirited behavior. There are two options to choose from:Kindness Counts, which includes staff professional development, student workshops and techer & student materials and the Kindness Counts Assembly Program, which is offered in partnership with The Uncle Brothers, an award-winning children's musical duo. The Assembly Program package includes teacher & student materials, song lyrics, musical CDs plus a fun & interactive performance that celebrates kindness. Be Kind, Be smart, Be a Friend!

Leadership Training
Leadership programs can be a great addition to any school IF we provide the necessary training and support. Peer leadership, student-to-student mentoring, peer prevention efforts - whatever the program One Caring Adult® can develop and deliver training that provides middle school and high school students with the necessary skills and knowledge.

Team Development
Sports teams, clubs, student government - numerous student teams can benefit from a team development experience. Programs offered by One Caring Adult® go beyond the traditional team-building experience, and provide opportunities for middle school and high school students to build both individual skills and team connections.

True Colors® / Personal Strengths
When we recognize and build on our strengths - we thrive! True Colors® provides middle school and high school students with a user-friendly lens to discover their own strengths and the strengths of others. From there, possibilities include exploring how different strengths compliment each other, recognizing when we need to pump up our other colors, or setting ourselves up for success by intentionally creating opportunities to shine! Lots of options, one core program.
